had my tribunal today
From what people have said, I doubt if it will make a lot of difference - decisions seem to be made without sufficient reference to the person concerned or the evidence received.
It's a bad situation out there at the moment, so don't be afraid to appeal again!
I do hope you will be successful!
Good Luck

No difference at all in my experience, I never go to tribunal hearings and won every time, the way I see is, why would you turn up to argue with them if you are genuinely ill. I am sure the TS think along the same lines.
Can you tell me if having Fibro on its own will get you an award at the tribunal? As I have been twice now and they wouldnt change the award? had very good letters from my GP but that didnt make any difference!
I missed my tribunal as got really confused trying to find the place and then when I found parking it was like 20 minutes walk away and I could not do it. I rang them, quite distressed and they said decision had been made, but when I receive letter to write and ask for it to be set aside and request a new hearing. I did and was given a new hearing 3 months later, and was award lower rate care.
Ok you will need to ask for the statement of reasons and also the record of proceedings from there you will need to apply to have the decision set aside as that was totally unfair
