Have you asked your GP? It may depend on what services you have locally and how bad your feet are. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to get help if you basically need a pedicure, but if you need a podiatrist or chiropodist, they have them within the NHS:
I have T2 diabetes and have to see a diabetic chiropodist once a year. However, this has now been moved to my GP surgery. This is NHS funded, but only because of my diabetes. XX
My husband has chronic psoraisis that his specialist says is the worse she has treated and he has end stage renal failure and still our GP practice says he's not eligible for chiropody on the NHS, so I've assumed I'm not as I (only) have arthritis and fibro and depression. I think it depends upon whether your GP will refer you and what services exist where you live, that it's a bit of a postcode lottery like many NHS services.
Mostly they are stopping foot care on the NHS unless you are very old. I am diabetic and I used to have foot care on NHS but now I don't because I'm only 55 . Well that's what they say at my gps
