Does anyone else find their fibro gets worse when it rains and when the weather is humid in the summer?

mine gets bad in the cold so a hot bath is my only ease for it x

yes mine does in fact any sudden change in temps affect mine..x

Oh god yes, in the rain it's awful, Uk the land of rain lol.

Anyone with fibro i urge you to get your vit D levels checked by your Doc. I did and

mine were very low. I have read that most people with fibro may have this. Gentle Hugs Xx

Hi yes my vit d levels very low too so on supplements, pain always worse when cold and damp or hot and humid!

mine is always worse in the winter ,ive found that heat in any shape or form is magic .xx
