where and how do you apply for a blue badge please...x

You have to apply to your local council for one. I did mine online and uploaded a recent photo. I found that easier as you can go back and read through the form again later before you submit it. You can also download the form and print off or they can send you one.

Do send info with a letter from your GP. Around here they do call you for a medical sometimes to see how your disability affects your walking x
