Well done Jane! I know the feeling. I won in January after 2 appeals and 2 tribunals cos they lost my file. I only have it for 3 years though, how about you? Will you have to re apply again in 3 years too?

Hi Jane

Thats great news ! welldone . i,m undergoing that same process right now, my ATOS report was so ful of lies that i sent in a 2 page A4 appeal letter to both ATOS and to DWP that was in January, that DWP sent me a letter confirming that they would look at my case.ATOS lost my complaint, but after a facebook campaign their customer support manager has got involved.

I., still waiting the outcome

Hi Jane

I have two letters from my consultant cardioligist that i submitted at my interview. both were ignored and not noted on my report that was sent to me explaining why i had all my 18 points taken away.

Hi fedupmale

What do you mean had all your18 points taken away, how can they do that? Were you on DLA and this was a follow up after 3 years or a brand new claim?

Hugs

Hi Lucyw

This was a review of an exsisting claim that i had since first being awarded DLA in 2009 when i was given 12 points by another ATOS medical, that i went to appeal and was awarded a further 6 points.

my exsisting condition for heart problem is still current, i am unable to work.

Do you know what your doctor said? I am so happy as its such a wonderful feeling when you actually get it eventually.

I'm still trying to work but the pain is increasing daily not sure how much longer I'm going to be able too

I got as far as doing an appeal for DLA last year but sadly my GP's part of the form they filled in was less than helpful saying I manage to get to the surgery ok ( my husband takes me) and I manage to look after 4 cHildren (again hubby does major part of this ) I felt like I had been slapped in tHe face - been really bad since xmas so had to ask GP for sick note (havnt had one since being self employed in 1990) to which she asked why what do you do ??? So been seeing her for years she's never even asKed wHat I do or how this affects me - sick note was a waste of time DWP say I'm not entitled to any ESA despite paying self employed nat ins since 1990 and infact prior to that since I was 16 have a follow up sick note to send off but think I'm wasting my time !! ........... HaVe some silly form to fill in can I pick up £1 coin etc ??? Even seen new GP to my surgery on friday and she doesn't seem much better she says I really to take the antidepressants for a month see if they help and have had to do self referral to cognitive behavioural therapist so seems they really do think its all in the mind !!!!!!!!! ............. Feel like totally giving up and stagnating to My sofa forever .....................bah humbug !!

well done, it's nice to hear. I won mine as well, i put in for a reconsideration and an appeal and while this was going on got my money stopped. Like you got the dreaded brown envelope, but good new also, been put in the support group so it can happen, just not as often as it should.
