Tribunal hearing

Hi Can anyone out there help me pls , today got a letter about my tribunal and it is saying do i want a hearing or do i want the appeal papers to be placed before the tribunal i didnt know i had the option has anyone else been though this would gladly like some advice thanks xx

Yes you can choose either paper or oral. I had mine in january was adjourned, now have wait again x

go for hearing u dont get the chance to plea ur case . having ur pappers looked at isnt much different than them being looked at by decision maker.

i haf my tribunral in november and won. it went well but i have heard some people have had bad experiences

do not chose papers go to the hearing you are more likely to succeed if you attend, they will turn you down if you send in papers. and make it look like your worst day,
