I am under the impression that some people with Fibro also have IBS. My daughter has IBS and I wonder if any one has any nice recipes that they have found that don't cause it to kick off.

I have heard some pretty ghastly things about aspartame recently, and I know a friend who has had IBS (not combined with fibro) has cut this out of her intake and the IBS has improved considerably. it may be coincidental, but may be worth looking at. Good wishes to you and your daughter. Foggy
