Hi all,

I rung up pip yesterday and told them am stuggling to walk far as in lots of pain in my joints, i stuggle with other issues too, but like in my first pip medical assesment they lied what i told them, as i have the report and i just got the standed living for 4 years last april., am grateful as this has helped with taxis and bus fares etc. what am worried about is when they send out the change in circimstances form, what about if they dont believe me and i need a medical again, it made me so poorly ,was really upsetting. Was crying all the way through it, felt like a baby at the time, but i could not help it.

I feel now maybe i should not of rocked the boat, i would like to know please ,if anyone could help. What are my chances of getting the mobility?

I have fibromyalgia, ostroarthritias in my lower back ,hips, and knees, also waiting for xray results on my painfull arms. And having assessments for aspergers.

Am sorry for the spelling mistakes.. Big hugs xxx

It does not matter which conditions you suffer from. It all depends on how far you can walk in meters. Wishing you the best for your PIP application. Try not to worry too much

thank you, well ever step i take am in pain. i said i would get help from cab filling in the form.xx

Im in the same boat I have standard mobility with pip.my nurse wrote to DWP telling them my mobility had gotten much worse since my last assessment, I had to phone up after hearing nothing fr 6 wks.so they sent me the dreaded form:0/ I had help from my cpn / nurse too fill it in and it was send off 3 wks bk.they take there time so I'm not expecting to hear anything any time soon!! When I phoned fr the from the man saide you do realise your money could be less ,more or stay the same so of course that scares you..I'm hoping IF I get the higher rate I can get a mobility scooters, as I'm getting really isolates being at home as I can't walk very well nowadays, getting out is vital fr Me as mentally being isolated is effecting me.all we can do is try fr the money. We deserve.it seems to be like a lottery of who gets what I'd say make sure you have help filling your form in.there's an adviser on here or cab can help you,try not too let it stress you out,as that will just make you iller there's lots of advice on here hope you get on OK best of luck x

Pip is a sore point for me was allowed care for two years after 9 months fighting for it last December this August they took it off me giving me nil points and lied on the mandatory review saying my evidence got there too late but then admitted twice in a phone call it was on system three days before decision was made. They then sent me another letter saying my evidence was too late yup phoned em bk this morning would love to know how to complain. I do wish you so much better luck with them than I'm having Saturday you could see the steam coming out my ears lol xxxxxx good luck n persist.
