Sorry I haven't posted for a couple of days. Woke up Tuesday to my back being in a major spasm I've been on morphine and diazepam since and although the spasms gone my backs still killing me I'm ok if I lay flat but sitting or walking are not good. If no improvement by tomorrow I'll be back up the drs.

Anyway with all the snow forecast tomorrow I just wanted to say stay safe everyone. If possible stay indoors and keep warm. Gentle hugs to all

Hello Suzy, thank you for your message. So sorry to hear your back's been playing you up. Keep taking your pain relief as prescribed and rest as much as you can, keep warm too. I think you're in the best place at home, it's pretty treacherous and icy out there today, freezing too which doesn't tend to help our pain levels.

Hopefully your back will ease soon for you.
