Morning all. Haven,t been on here for a while. Have had a spell of intense pain ,which led to anxiety and depression. So as everyone knows, more pain relief which in turn means " slightly out of it" and so the cycle goes on. But to my shame, felt so sorry for myself!!! Anyway. Feeling so much better now, and have reduced the pain relief, and feel human again.😊 Hope you all have a good and pain free bank holiday. As always THANKYOU for listening. Xx💕

Morning all.
Hope you have your winter woolies for the bank holiday weekend! By the look of things you'll need them!
Glad to hear that you're feeling better, hope you keep improving. The big black hole is a lonely place to be 🐸
Hi there
It's good to see you again 😊
Why did you feel ashamed at feeling sorry for yourself?
You are human. Of course you will find yourself feeling depressed when you're in that sort of pain.
Don't feel ashamed. Just accept that you are human and things get too much sometimes.
It's great to see you back.

Thankyou Lu. I guess I felt a bit ashamed because I am usually the "strong one" and I had to give in for a couple of weeks. But I realise now that it,s ok to take it easy when you have to. Hope you have a good weekend. I know it,s cold, but the sun IS shining.😎😎😎👏👏👏xx
Glad you are feeling better. The good(ish) days are definitely ones to treasure but be careful not to overdo it and put yourself back in the pain zone.
It was snowing, sleety and hailstones here the other day. Just as the staff in Lidl's were filling up the dumpers with camping gear and garden chairs ready for the bank holiday weekend. That's good old Blighty for you xx
😀😀😀it sure is! Freezing cold here today and soooo windy. But beautiful sunshine!!
Typical English bank holiday weekend. Enjoy yours. Xx
Glad your back!! I wish you luck with your issues as I have them and they can take over your life if you allow them to.Best wishes. Peck.😊
Hi Iamatmywitsendnow
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you were feeling so poorly, and I am sincerely delighted that you are feeling much better now. Please do not scold yourself for feeling sorry for yourself, as it is a natural thing to do when we are feeling so down. I genuinely hope that you have a wonderful bank holiday, albeit in your winter woollies!
All my hopes and dreams for you
