Hi, i have heard i can get some guidelines from here when applying for dla? I have been through the trauma of esa and got conflicting letters of reply so still awaiting the outcome of that.
Any help that can be given would be greatly appreciated, in so much pain i cant think straight let alone fill out this form!
Thanks and gentle hugs to all

Hello there Addy
If you would like to email us on info@fibroaction.org we will be happy to send you the Benefits and Work info sheets for free on ESA and DLA. They contain lots of helpful information on completing forms, assessments and appeals.
I hope these will be helpful to you and if there is anything else we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask. We will do our best to help you as much as we can.
Wishing you all the best with your claim.
It might be worth popping along to have a chat with your GP to see if they can help you regarding your pain levels, you might need a bit more help to manage this. I hope your pain eases soon for you.
For others who might see this, please be aware that the FibroAction team is made up of volunteers who do not necessarily work Monday to Friday. So if you need guidelines urgently and haven't got a quick response (do make it clear in your email if it is urgent!), do bring it up with an Admin here as they may have details of another team member who could send out guidelines in an emergency.
