Fibro Relapse & Fibro Fog....

Hi everyone;

just wanted to update you, last time I wrote I was in so much pain it was practically unbearable, I have come through toe worst of it again but am still having problems with muscle aches & pains, oh & a bit of fibro fog... forgetting things, dropping things etc, but for now I have come through Fibromyalgia relapse, it lasted about 4 weeks & was practically housebound, but I managed... take care everyone now the cold weather is upon us... wrap up warm & try to stay warm in the house...hope all is well & God bless...

Good to hear, I am having waves of pain at moment too, and yes wrapping up warm i will be as no heating in our shop..xx

how nice you are through the worst, be gentle with yourself and relax, im having an awful flair up at the moment but living in the moment, it is soooooo frustrating. but hearing your feeling better has cheered me up. take care stay wellxx
