cold weather

This weather has a lot to answer for. My Fibro is playing up and my Osteoarthritis

is working overtime. Hips, neck , shoulders hands and knees and to top it off i went to doctors

yesterday and he says i have chillblanes on my toes !!!! i can barely climb the stairs and i have a Physio appointment this morning. ouch

MY DARLING mUM IN LAW ALWAYS BLAMES EVERYTHING ON THE WEATHER , THINK SHE MAY BE RIGHT AT THE MO whoops caplocks sticking again . i used to get chilblains so itchy nasty horrid things , hope physotorture went ok x

it didnt he said i am doing half ,my exercisrs wrong. my toes are killing me and they are swollen
