That Monday feeling!

Well the weekend has been and gone. Not surprisingly once again I have overdone it but nothing new there (one day I WILL learn!). I managed to get out of bed this morning with surprising ease, showering, hair wash, breakfasting, makeup done, dressing and making lunch all went with relative ease, lulling me into a false sense of security and feeling of wellbeing. Then it hit with a vengence, the Monday from hell at work from the moment I walked through the door and along with it the realisation that everything I had achieved at the weekend had a price. So now I sit here in bed hurting from the top of my head to my toes and all points in between. I'm not after sympathy it has been self inflicted but it jogged my mind to wish you all a very peaceful and painfree sleep. Hopefully my meds will kick in soon and I will join you. If they don't, well I guess tomorrow won't start quite as well.

Hello Trusting, sorry to hear you have overdone it, we are all guilty of this sometimes. We always have to pay for it afterwards don't we.

I hope you manage to get some restorative sleep tonight and that you feel better tomorrow. If you don't, please take it easy and rest if you can.

Morning and thankyou to you both I hope you slept better than I did. Fingers crossed today is calmer at work than yesterday. Now where did I leave those extra spoons??? Lol have a good day folks x
