Hi, I have just joined this site, not sure how it works....

was told I have Fibro about 3 mths ago, at the moment I have constant pain, pins and needles and coldness in my back, its only from reading some of the comments on here that I realise I am not alone.

Welcome this site is pretty easy and friendly, read and post away any blogs or questions, you may even get dragged into gins pantomime. Don't worry about getting things wrong took me 6 hours to work out how to answer a private message when I first arrived... Sorry you have to be here but you are never alone

Please don't worry Elle, we are here to help and support you as we are for everyone. You may find in time it gets easier to explain how you are feeling when you see others here with Fibro (myself included) who discuss how they feel and you realise you feel the same. It doesn't make you feel so isolated, you're amongst friends here. xxx

Welcome to the site. This a fab site with a wonderful bunch of members all willing to help out and offer advice where needed. On this site we often find we can laugh at some of the things fibro does to us, like getting wriong words out and producing odd sentences. There is so much going on here and it takes time to all sink in. But you have the dreaded fibro as do we all on here, so you are not alone hun xxxxx
