I just used the benefit cap calculator and it seems I won't be affected by it. But why do they keep making all these changes, they are just messing everything up, escpecially for those affected by it xxxxx

I did it too and it looks like I won't be affected either, thank goodness. It's bad enough trying to live day to day without these damn changes! If it's not broken why try and fix it??
