Welll i read the blog WOW it does seem to have some effects on quite a few.
I had flu 15 years ago or 16 and i was so ill for weeks and weeks with a new baby and had to have every litle help possible as my head could not lift off the pillow barely,
So yes have to say all these nasty virus colds are not a patch on that as much as make some grubby, we all had a bout few weeks ago that kept us in bed a few days.
I felt so rough yesterday afternoon the prick may of hurt a bit but was nothing to the experience am living day in day out as if like flu aches n pains and i hear those who do have the jab their arm aches , i say imagine this alll the time on/off left side or right side which one who knows!
had to clean since 8 this morning like ypu do with Animals. Am sure that i do more at home than sorting wrk.
Think i rather get in the car and out and bout to avoid my own house hahaha because it takes longer phew , feet up jam on toast & cuppa tea!! Kittens trying to pinch noooooooo
Thanks Liberty for that link i am still looking on internet as its my 2nd flu jab . I was sent a letter to have one no idea why.

I hope you are feeling better now. I had mine a few months back and I felt okay, more so as I had a numb arm anyway lol.I have mine due to the COPD and Emphysema. I know pneumonia can do me so much damage but so can a cold according to my COPD consultant. Not sure if it had any bearing on my Fibro though xxxxx
I had my first flu jab this year. Was so worried as we were going to Butlins the day after having it, and reading all the horror stories I was scared to go. My husband and I caught the swine flu 2 years ago, spent 2 weeks in bed not being able to lift our heads off the pillow. But, after weighing it all up I decided to give it a go and I have been fine, I didnt feel a thing, didnt believe she had given me it for the first day. A lump came up on day two but that was it.
