Here's an important safety tip.... If you have experienced night sweats, let's just say the capsaicin cream will quick alleviate your explore of FM... Fast... As you end up burning to a crisp! I I had to wake DH up at 3am to help me get it off my back and neck. I looked like a cooked lobster! Finally, ice packs helped... Still very read though!

I use the spray on my lower spine and it is great there most of the time. Once the can was not shaken properly and it blistered me badly. So bad that I could not use again for 3 months. Use it rarer now.
Never anywhere near my neck, arms or legs thou. I use a muscle herbal gel there or Tiger balm. Cool spray, packs & cool pad for night or day sweats x
