I’ve seen on Health Unlocked that there is a cream that you can get to put rub into your muscles. Can you tell me the name of the cream please, I think it begins with a ‘C’

Hi,is it Capsaicin cream? I've just been prescribed it for my leg. It's helped me to sleep, numbed the pain a little. It's early days so might help.
The cream is made from peppers and is available on the NHS.
Hi there, I have used this, just be careful I only used a small amount but went through the roof with burning and if you have some lightweight plastic gloves to use a good idea, but hope it helps you, take care .
Hi Ceedy, I have used the cream mentioned in the mails. I have just started using a cream called Celafen. Read a report on this cream recently, wiil let you know how I get on!!!!
Any thing is worth a try 😊
Sending love and light x
Hi, i have tried this cream three times now and found it no good at all. I thought it maybe faulty and took it back to chemist and they were unhelpful. I find deep heat better or a prescribed cream called phorpain 10% ibuprofen. Hope it works for you.
Not sure what that cream is. But with my burning and painful muscles, I use aloe vera gel repeatedly, which does help.
Hi I have been using celadrin (ingredient name celafen) cream made by Swanson for about a year. I find that it really helps with the pain but the effects are cumulative so you have to use it consistently. I use it interchangeably with 5Kind hemp active gel. The active gel is more potent in the heat it produces but without them both I wouldn't be able to get any form of sleep. The celadrin is a white cream and the 5Kind is cafe au lait coloured, best not used if you are lying on white sheets although the Mark's come out in a normal wash.
