Perhaps they mean that the forms are so difficult to fill in correctly that we need expert guidance to tackle them and don't get the guidance, the benefits and work sheets are amazingly helpful.

I saw this yesterday and thought another reason the government is saying its not ATOS fault ...well..you can send the whole 10 years of your medical proof and it's plainly obvious if you blink to them your fit to work....

Beggars belief! It SHOULD go without saying, people with chronic conditions are not always able to articulate well enough the effect their illness has on their lives, and blaming them for this is ridiculous. Mental health patients especially!! They're just scratching around for excuses to reject claims. You cant assess anyone just by ticking a box!

after fighting against the decision and going to appeal in may this year i won my appeal ,but bugger me i receive another form to fil out in september ,feel like im going round in circles !!!! the whole thing making me worse
