Well, today was my third visit, we are now working on my timeline. When thats done we will work on what affects me, how fibro affects me and what I can do to help me cope with the pain. And help me make me think differently about how it affects me.
Anyway, like I said, we are on day 3. My therapist sits there looking at me shaking her head saying she doesnt understand why I get up in the morning! and she admires my strength.........well, this may come as a surprise but thats why I am here!!! lol
So, how do you guys think its going?
xx

Why don't you post this question in the question section and then you can ask what fibro groups people are in if any. It will get it noticed too, but I am not in any fibro groups, not really looked into it xxxxx
Great that your doing something, I to am having phyiso and started last yr, my fibro got so bad I couldn't walk and needed a power chair to get around.
Now I can manage 28 meters with crutches and hope to be able to walk better in the next 12 mths but still need chair if we go shopping or days out.
I would say that for day three there is a lot of positivity coming from it all. I am waiting to go back to physio. Last time after two visits I was discharged back to the GP. My lower spine could not be manipulated in anyway and no one seems to know why. But I would keep up with what you are doing hun xxxxxxx
Sorry bbstport, I am nowhere near where you are, someone on here maybe xxxxxx
I should have said its not physio therapy, its C A T behaviour therapy. And my gp organised this for me. Because I am so depressed. I saw a couple of people in mental health to see which would suit me better. And this is what we came up with,.
We talked for 3 weeks, now working on my timeline, then we will work through it to see how I handled things and what i could do to change it for the better. Hopefully helping me to understand and cope better than I am. Hope this makes sense.
