Poor you xx hate being so low. I've tried to end my life a few times in the past also. The dispair is unimaginable to anyone who has never experienced it. Are you on any meds at all? Xxx
i truly understand. i have a long history of mental health problems with several genuine suicide attempts, yet even during my better times, the chronic pain has driven me close to it again
life can be really hard but you have friends here who know how you feel.
try and have a good day x
hi why is your landlord pressurizing you?theres not just the council for housing theres regenda housing too,and muir housing?try these too?
theres also the communtiy legal helpline or shelter to ring they will really help you too .
plus you need some help from your doctor for maybe counselling .
do you have any friends too who can lend a ear?
ive been down lately and know how hard and scary it can be.but the forum helped me loads plus the above.
Please let us know how you get on Cabbage, we are all here for you to lend a shoulder to lean on, to listen and to help and support you where we can. We are all in the same boat here, we all understand.
Contact your GP to see how the referral is going, you need this as soon as possible so you feel that someone is helping you and hopefully things will look up from this point on.
Are your meds helping you in the best way possible, is it time for a review maybe to see if some other med/s could help you more and keep you on top of things more effectively maybe. Sometimes we all need a bit of extra help along the way, so this is nothing to feel negative about.
Is the situation with your landlord able to be resolved or will you have to look into perhaps other accommodation. Perhaps popping along to your local CAB (Citizen's Advice Bureau) might be a good idea, they are familiar with this sort of thing and could advise you of the best path to take etc. It might help you feel a bit lighter problem-wise too knowing there is info and advice out there.
When we have other problems on top of coping with Fibro and perhaps other conditions too, it can all get too much, but please know we all care about each other here and we will do our level best to help and support you where we can.
Please keep us informed of how things are going and when you have seen your GP again to perhaps chase up the referral etc.
Take care Cabbage, here's a hug for you ((( hug )))
