got diagnosed in feb but wow its worse now

Hi yes painful flares and headaches are common... Are you sleeping at night .. If not that's not going to help stress levels and make you sleepy... Are you taking any meds.. They might need reviewing or if you are on none being prescribed some also see if your gp will refer you to your local pain clinic. I have trigger point injections there every 3 months and they really help the muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders that cause the headaches

Hi Rosehip, yes this illness varies in its intensity over time and depending on what you do and how stressed you are. As VG says above it is a good idea to see your GP regularly to get your meds reviewed. Sometimes we need to change drugs as they stop working or our symptoms need a different approach. A referral to a pain clinic will give you further options to manage your discomfort.
