I was recommended to go on the 6 week Expert Patient Programme and there is also a Persistent Pain Programme (part of the same schem which is more specific) - has anyone experienced this? Thankyou.

I had a one day x six week course about 2 1/2 yrs ago. Really helped at the time, get your mind set straight. But as time passes, pain gets worse, lack of sleep, fatigue sets in & Fibro fog, its now kinda hard to remember what it was all about!

Good luck, hope it helps you. xx

Hi The Shadow

I am waiting on a date to start the programe. However as you've more or less said I feel it will be a short lived thing.
