Shaking leg.

Hi everyone,

me again. Today I experienced something new. My legs were shaking almost like a shiver, and I thought, ooh that's odd. Has anyone else had anything like this?

Hi. Yes, I get this at times. Especially if I've been overdoing things. Not just legs either, sometimes arms, hands and the worst is stomach - that one's really weird!

I get where my whole body shakes as if i have Parkinsons and my partner often asks if i'm dancing lol cheeky sod but i got tested for Ms and lots of other things and it all came back negative .... thank goodness. So i have put it in my list of gifts the fibro keeps giving, Mind you the positive side is people open doors for you and get out your way hehe xx

Hi,yes i get it quite often in both legs especially when out walking,it's not pleasant xxx

ahhhh thanks everyone for you kind replies. My kegs generally are really rubbish and I use a wheelchair most of the time if going out and that, but yesterday silly me thought I was supermum and did some clearing out of things in my daughter's bedroom. I made sure I sat down most of the time and when I did sit down after standing up for a bit that's when I got the funny feeling, I think its because I did too much. Oh well, another thing to put on the list. My list keeps getting longer and longer.

I get shaking legs especial when I walk any distance & lie down.

I was at my Drs 2 weeks ago about my lower back pain. He got me on the couch & was asking me to raise my legs & they where shaking like mad. He joked & said to me "since when did you become a shakey person" & just laughed. He did'nt give me any idea if it was Fibro related or not.

However, he did go on to say he though I had a nerve pressing on a disc which would be causing the other problems on my right hand side that I'd also been complaining about. They where groin, hip & leg pain. He prescribed me Lyrica and told me that a lot of people cant take it because of the side effects. I dont believe I have had any?
