Oh yes I get this especially when I’ve tried to do too much like gardening or housework.

Yeah, also if carrying bread to till or something just as light my arm seizes up then starts to shake then it can be shaky for rest of night, also,I personally find that I get those blood spots about two days before I start the trembling I've noticed it was there every time on same day of shaking then would start to check myself more noticed day before then checked even more often and its there two days before every single time, maybe I could start using this to take things easy for the two days leading up to it??its definitely what I plan on,as I have them today .

Hi,I had to change my life a little as in avoid stressful situations and people even ,only because if it gets my uptight then it all starts so now I'm not as ill as often well, not full extent anyway, also I got meds off doc to help tight muscles.

Hi there it might be a symptom of fibro pain but worth mentioning to your gp when you next visit for a piece of mind. Take care hope your weekend goes okay x

I get a few jerks but never experienced shaking as YASMINTINA says it might be worth mentioning to your GP when you next go so they can advise you. ;)
