Does anyone feel like they shake on the inside? My legs randomly start shaking when I am sitting.

yeah I get this, my inner is called a tremor, my outer is my muscles just basically have a mind of their own, the top inner thighs will just come out and have a party, you can physically see them shaking and I have to get up and have a furniture walk, to stop it, I say that, but sometimes, I need to be really careful, as I can end up on the floor.

Yes, I get that. Last year, I lost my balance while walking and bumped into a wall hurting my eye. Next day it was like I got beaten up with a blue eye.

yes. I particularly get it in my arms and hands. I can also feel it internally throughout my body as if I having extreme shivers or am freezing cold.

Yes! I thought it was just me! I notice it when in bed, I sleep sat up and have done for years. I can be awake and reading and all of a sudden I feel like there has been an earth tremor... then I get palpitatations probably because I don't know what is happening. Also my legs start shaking when sat in my power chair.. people have asked if I am cold... or need a wee, I have no control, it lasts a few minutes. Strange?

Well it makes me feel much better that we all suffer from it and it is nothing to be worried about..... saves a wasted trip to the docs too.

yes!! I’ve had the same experience which I find super complicated to explain, but sometimes I look at them and feel them with my hand and question are they really shaking? I’ve felt it in other parts of my body, but they are specially my legs when I’m in my bed or sometimes walking. Could that be classified maybe that we have muscle spasms? Or restless legs? I don’t know to be honest but is an unpleasant experience. I’ve bough this deep heat roll on just to try since there’s limited medication and it’s helped a little bit. Just that I have to use it regularly. Got it from Boots and a decent price in case you are interested.
