hi all just an update about my tribunal and complaint to DWP about ATOS report,i have now sent an email to my local MP so i hope hecan give me some help/advise..xxx has anybody else had a good out come by complaining to DWP about ATOS report or MP getting involved? xxx

I am sending all correspondence I receive or send to ATOS as I have complained directly to them about the assessment and so far his office has responded promptly and positively. At the moment however I am still waiting for the final decison from DWP so that I can move things along. I will then also be involving the CAB in the whole sorry process. Definitely worth while writing to your MP. Its the only way we can bring out our stories to the public attention, I am also writing to the BBC after reading another lady's letter from ATOS as they took up her case and asked ATOS questions directly. Do anything you can think of to get this farce public attention. Good luck with it. xx

hi,thank you for your reply,when i rang DWP about it they said just send every thing to them at local office,i wonder now if i should have sent direct to atos? ah well i will ring DWP tmoz as its been two weeks now .xxxxx
