Morning to you all I need to have a bit of a grumble so................

Grumble oh .. waken at three with really horrendous pain into left ankle felt like someone was stabbing a knitting needle right into it got leg out side covers gradually subsided to be replaced by knee on other leg . Now lower back elbos and fingers and right side of face have been up for three hours filled myself up with pills I know it will back away by about nine o clock.......Roll on nine o clock I understand that all the lifting and stretching with my granddaughter is to blame -but I would not have done it any other way. She made me smile so much . So today I am doing nothing hurrah hope the sun shines. It is a shame that we have to suffer so much for a little enjoyment so be it, I am slowly feeling human sorry for the rant

Today my mantra is going to be "" On wards and up wards" but first a nap!
