Does anyone else have problems crossing the road?

I was answering a question about pain or tiredness being worse when I realised this is not what is worse for me. I can't stop myself from doing dangerious stuff even when I see the danger i.e. see car comming and step off pavement, see hot cooker ring but put hand on it. Am I alone in this?

no your not ive been told its not my m.e etc.so im seeing a neurologist next week about as i suffer with absent fits.

I had a mri to make sure it is not dementia or anything like that but doesn't stop me doing the daft things though. x

Crossing the road is a problem for me too - my husband has saved my life on many occasions!!! I just seem to forget that I need to look before I cross an I don't seem to register the noise of cars approaching. I thought it was just me!!!!
