Trying Magnesium again.

I am trying Magnesium again, find it good for pain and stiffness but it keeps me awake, have read the spray is good, so am going to give that a go, on Lyrica from GP have tried others but the weight gain is getting to me more than the pain, I'm a store manager not sure how long I can keep it up.

i've been taking magnesium for over a month now, and THINK it's helping. a bit difficult to say really as I'm not feeling too bad at the moment, but precaution and prevention are my way of thinking. It's relatively cheap so nothing lost.

Seems to be helping with restless legs strangely enough, it's rarely bothered me. hope i've not spoke to soon.

Hi, I actually bought some spray in my lunchbreak today as I heard it works. Will try it out this evening. You know, I buy all these things that I hear or read about hoping for some miracle cure - I should know by now that Fibro isn't going to go away but I guess we live in hope that some little miracle is out there - even in the form of an £8.95 bottle from Boots! If you do get some spray then I hope it works. I have my fingers crossed - lol, x

Think it helps with the stiffness but not feeling any pain relief, also taking lyrica but sometimes I'm not sure how much they help either. x
