got my melatonian yesterday and my cpap machine and although didnt sleep all night i did have the deep sleep woke up completly differntly this morning!

yes cpap is a machine that gives me oxygen when i sleep with a fukll face mask as i have sleep apnea and stop breathing when i sleep and yes get melatonian for prescription my dr is the only one who will prescribe it so have to see him every time i need some more but you can get off the internet as well

well think it must have been the melatonion that made me sleep rather than the cpap cos didnt take it last night and after my restless legs settled didnt slepp at all!!! so back to taking it tonight but on the up side i didnt die in my sleep lol
