Can annyone tell anything about the new esa form. i have asthma and fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, IBS.

The main advice I can offer is fill the form in as though its one of your worst health forms, it sounds extreem, but unfortunantly we have to look like we are complete wrecks to have people take are health seriously. I do hope this helps a little. Hugs xx

Thank you for your help ihave just received a letter to ring make app for a medical and when i did i asked did my gp not send in a report and the fella said they were sent one but never returned it, I have rang and spoke to my gp about this and she is going to fax a report to them whether it helps or not, i am just so distressed about the whole thing, once again thank you

To be honest I think you would be very lucky to get ESA without the B&W help sheet. It has a strange mark-scheme, put a relevant point to your situation in one place and it is ignored, put it in the right place and you are halfway to getting the award. Just take it gently (start in plenty of time) and send in evidence eg care plans, letters of appointments to consultants, repeat prescription list (all photo copies of course).

Hi Julie thatk you for the reply what is the B&W? i am not familiar with this. I have been given an app for the medical but i a dismayed that my gps report was not sent in so i have asked for one or a report to be sent to them, they gave me fax no to have her dend one i am so stressed about the whole thing
