Hi All, Still in pain today but managed to stay at work for the 4hrs!!! which is a good thing. Im back at work tomorrow for another 4hrs in the morning. I still have friends here as they where at the olympics yesterday to watch the equestrian and seen the gold medal being given to the british jumpers. They had a fab day and now they are out pleasing themselves!!! I feel really bad that im not with them today as they are leaving to go home tomorrow and it would have been nice to spend the afternoon with them but im too sore and tired!!!! Luckly they understand.
My bottom half just doesnt seem to want to work the past few days!!!!
