i havde a matress topper on my bed and has been good but for the last month or so i feel like im sleeping on the floor its so hard and uncomfortable, hubby says its the same so must be the bloody fibro

I have a memory foam mattress too and I find the same problem every now and then. Perhaps you might want to get a fluffy single duvet and put that on your side of the bed to sleep on. It might just do the trick. Just a thought. Hope it helps x

hi soz about your mattress problem, i invested in a memory foam mattress, and put my topper on top, and to be honest i am more able to cope in bed with pain ect... than anywere else, i would recommend you get one, tc gentle hug x soma

i may try a single duvet on top tonight ,cant afford a memory foam mattress as money very tight hubby not got alot of work on but i expect i have a spare duvet somewhere to try thanks for that

I just have a supportive normal matters with springs, I find this works best with my Fibro. We did have a memory foam mattress but I couldn't get on with it, I found turning over in bed impossible, I also have to have a light duvet otherwise it's too heavy on my toes.
