Am I the only waiting? I put in my appeal back in late February and have still heard nothing. is this unusual?

I have heard it can take a year but I would just check they still know you exist, I put mine in in Jan had appeal in June x

I put my appeal in last July and I've finally got a letter to say my appeal is the 7th of August xx

I put mine in on Feb too & still have'nt recieved a date. I'm happy enough about though because I know I will be so stresses when the time does come around.

I put my first appeal in 2years ago, then the second last Aug, this is to do with 2 decisions. Sent my Atos med form off only three weeks ago and got put into the Support Group last week. Today I have had an appeal date through for end of Aug, not bad really waiting two years NOT!! All of you make a appointment and go and see your MP, let the world know what scum bags the DWP are? I`m still going for my appeal, that will be fun when they ask questions about how i was two years ago? haha cant remember what happened yesterday! Just know I`ve been like this for 8years and deffo not getting any better. FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT all the way Guys xxx

yes , i put my appeal in then and have just recieved a letter saying i will not be heard till the 8th october x

I have just had a letter regarding the tribunal hearing for my appeal, it seemed to take ages for them to get my letters and were not much help on phone. They finally accepted my appeal and as I say am now waiting for the actual hearing. You do need to keep on at them which wore me out. Good luck, hope you hear soon x

ps sadoldred I wrote to my MP, and got a letter back saying how they were reviewing it all the time and how happy they were with the improvements...obviously none of them have to go through these medicals! x

I appealed June 2011, sent to ESA tribunal service in October but still waiting for tribunal date - god knows why it took dwp so long to send paperwork through. I spoke to tribunal admin a couple of weeks ago and they advised they are currently issuing dates for appeals lodged in August so should hear in a couple of months. My application and appeal are being backed by CAB as was my last appeal which I won, so hopefully I'll be in the 70% who win.this time xx
