Hi its been a while. Hope you have all been at least sort of ok.. How you enjoying the heat, hope its better than I am. at min im in agony with pain, nothing is helping it. I had to cover at work last week and oh my god been iv been in agony since. was in bed all wkend..cant hardly walk my ankles feel like they are broken the amount of pain is excrutiating.

anyway thats enough about me, how is everyone.?

I feel so sorry for you. You must be in awful pain. I admire you for being able to be in work.

Can you not by chance take some leave, holiday time until ypu feel better?
