Like myself I guess you rose early because of pain. So miserable isn't it. Need a nice hot shower to make me feel almost human again!

yes have a lovely weekend, yesterday bad day for me shaky legs and hands, ear pain, neck pain and aches in my legs as if i'd been excercising, but still not diagnosed with fibro

Hi Rubberman hope you feel better soon, having a bit of a bad time myself. I am sure we will be feeling a bit more comfortable soon, My beauty sleep was broken so not looking as good...time for the shower & try and wash it away!

Hi hunnie sorry to hear that you are going through a rough time I myself started feeling sick and had a major headache yesterday and just felt rough this was like a warning things was going to get worse oh boy I woke up this morning hurting from head to toes got a job to move now thought it was to good to be true me having a couple of good days with the really hot weather we have been having and I was enjoying plus I have new symptoms a angry rash on my chest arms and legs because I have lupus too I don't know if this is due to the sun , I hope my friend that you start feeling better soon isn't it a bummer what we have to go through like our friends on this site goes through too just take things easy my friend don't try to over do things which I think I have done and this is why Iam feeling like Iam now I won't learn haha xxx suz
