MY LIFE: ANOTHER NIGHT NO SLEEP

TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW NOW NO SLEEP DRIVING ME MAD MEANS A ROUGH AULD DAY TODAY, FOUND A WEE PUPPY YESTERDAY AND WALKED IT ABOUT AROUND ALL THE HOUSES TILL I FOUND OUT WERE IT LIVED THOUGHT THATS MY GOOD DEEED DONE FOR THE DAY BUT DIDNT WORK, HATE IT WHEN IM UP ALL NIGHT MAKES TODAY CRAP, WILL BE SORE ALL DAY, IM JUST AN AULD MOAN COULD OF DIED LAST WEEK KEPT TELLING MYSELF BE GRATEFUL TO STILL BE LIVING BUT HOW CAN I WHEN EVERY DAY I FEEL LIKE CRAP, THINK I'LL GO AND TREAT MYSELF TO A TAKE AWAY SUNDAY DINNER THEY DO IN LOCAL SHOP, HAVE TO FILL IN THE DLA FORM TODAY, BUT I'VE NO MEMORY DOES ANYONE ELSE SUFFER FROM THIS I TOLD THE DOCTOR HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER THE NAMES OF THE HEART CONSULTANT THE HEART DOCTOR THE SURGEON THE FIBRO CONSULTANT THE PHSYIO THE FOOT PEOPLE ETC ETC HE SAID JUST RIGHT REFER TO DOCTOR, TOLD ME IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT SO EVER I RIGHT ITS THE FORM THAT THEY SEND TO HIM AND WHAT HE RIGHTS THAT COUNTS. WHEN UR ILL THE GOVERMENT REALLY DOES MAKE IT HARD IM JUST A MOAN REALLY BIG HUGS TO EVERYONE AND I HOPE YOU'S ALL HAVE A GOOD PAIN FREE ISH SUNDAY XXXX

  • hello xx your doctor sounds supportive xx so fill in those Bleep forms the best you can and write a note to say i have FMS and i am not great at remembering simple things never mind anything else ...

  • Hiya hope you get some sleep soon I suffer really badly with insomnia so I do really sympathise with you - I have a little notebook which I write down all my medical history etc so when I go into hospital or have to remember things it's all written down even to the list of medications I am taking!! The only thing is with the fibrofog you get I have to try to remember to take it with me lol - I have a couple of notepads now so I try to carry one with me n then I let my daughter or someone know where the other one is n just hope they don't forget either lol - soft fluffy hugs to you xxxx

  • Poor Hagi, I hope you manage to get some sleep soon. Mention this to your Doctor who may be able to prescribe something to help you sleep.

    Regarding completing your DLA forms. If you can visit your local CAB (Citizens' Advice Bureau) they can help you fill it in and offer you advice at the same time. :)
