Hi there! I so hear you...I have been tracking my sleep patterns with my Fibro App (not yet released to the general public -I'm a tester for it). I definitely have 'patterns' emerging when reading through my charts. One thing I did discover through the App is that the Tramadol I was taking (both day and night -and it used to knock me right out) started doing the opposite -keeping me awake. No amount of sleeping meds helped, because the zTramadol was affecting my seratonin. I am still up and down at nights -but my average before cutting the Tramadol out was 14x a night (!). Now I am down to around 3 -and gettiong at least some relatively good chunks of sleep in between. (I still feel like hell! But for me, sleeping is the only relief from pain I get -and it is sooo welcome!). Using the App I have also narrowed down that driving, even to the local shop 2mins away can create a flareup (speed bumps/jerking). So now I wear a neck collar when I do go out (and sadly try to limit outings in a car unless absolutely necessary). Hope you get a good rest soon, Diddle. Soooo not fun, and just makes pain, fibrofog etc etc spiral downwards (for me, anyways...). A.x
