NOW OFF TO WALK MY DOGGY

Ok people i am now gonna walk my little doggy and then have a shower and and try to get myself physed up for the day ahead as i am gonna be tramping round shops with my grandsons

I find going out with dogs very therapeutic. just the countryside where live is pleasant enough to calm anxiety and fresh air helps depression etc.I have 3 small woofs they walk themselves while I stuble behind &while them back when I cannot get any further.
