WORSE TODAY

I knew i would be worse today and i am i crawled out of bed at 4 am and hobbled down the stairs but there you go what do you expect when you paint a bedroom and its a big one too 12ft by 14 ft lol

oh well not gonna moan as i knew what would happen

Oh no - It;s when you feel ok and try to do what you used to be able to! I made the mistake of offering to wallpaper for a friend with M.E. and boy did I suffer for the next couple of days. The only time I have ever felt well since having this horrible illness was staying in bed for 5 days with my vomit o'clock baby girl. I could have run the world after that much rest!! Hope you feel better soon xx I'd say have a hot bath but if you;re anything like me you can't get in or out of it easily xx
