enforced rest

well Ive finally woken up and smelled the coffee, Im resting seriously resting, this high bloody pressure cant be ignored, my dad had heart probs from the age of 50 and had a massive heart attack 7yrs ago, and was very lucky to survive, Along with all my other problems I realise I now need to take care of me

Very wise lally,be kind to yourself for a change.I`m sure the others can look after themselves and you.

You don`t take chances with high blood pressure.

hello lally you do need to take it easy I have been on meds for high blood pressure since I was 26 now 47 its o.k now but dr has said I will need them for life even when I LOST 4 ST it was still up and down dr is happy at moment with it have your dr given you meds now or just said to rest and when do you go back in the beginning I had to go every week to the nurse to have it checked well take care & rest love beth xx

yes sometimes it had to be me, me and oh,,,me again!!

Our health is so precious so sit back and chill out. Let them that can do...do it. Takes some doing though, I'm my own worst example, i'm trying to learn to let my wonderful new partner look after me, after years of having to do everything myself, not easy to let go, but i'm learning when i see him happy to help...for the right reasons.

High blood pressure here also..verging on toxic.
