Morning peeps, its taken me 45 mins to reset my password...again, so a good start to the day :), hope everyone is as well as can be expected, my moan...excruciating shoulder pain from having to use crutches from my accident in 2010, so being referred, this on top of FM, good job my sense of humour is still intact :/ lol?

fadedblossom- lol, i have now taken to put things onto my phone as its the only thing i don't tend to lose much

paradise- i was recovering from an op for rotator cuff impingement syndrome when i had my accident, its just flared up again its confusing now as to what pain is due to fibro or anything else lol
