FED UP!!!

Really fed up - havent had a good nights sleep in ages, lots of worries at home too! sorry just wanted to rant n rage - wish I could just magic another body or swap one lol love to everyone on here n soft fluffy hugs - thanks for just being there when I need someone xxxx

Fed up here too.

Have had a lovely day but too busy by far.

Caught up on paperwork (always boring). Cleaning done, went around a charity furniture store (fab) and then to supermarket. All with help and so needed to get out and choose my own food supplies.

Then I fell asleep sitting up and woke in muscle paralysis, stiff neck, had missed my evening meds and not eaten yet.

Waiting for ability and energy to get the struggle over and get some food. just about ready to try now.

But fun day with good friend/helper and shopping to look at in a couple of days.

Wish we could have holidays from pain.

If you need a good rant, this is the best place so go for it!

very true paradise lol n thankyou to both of you, today is a bit better but know by the end of it will be in agony! trying to have a bit of a lazy day if I can, but dont know if thats going to be good or bad? thinking of going back to doctors to see if she can up my amitriptyline any more - the diazapan is supposed to help u sleep but doesnt seem to work - thinking of getting a named chair there lol anyway soft hugs n best wishes to you both xxxx
