is there any way that the blogs could be arranged so that the mostly recently answered blogs come to the top of the pile, rather than the most popular?

As far as I am aware there is no facility for this at present Sammicat. I agree it would make sense for it to be as you suggest. Hopefully this will be addressed by Health Unlocked before too long.

At the moment, it is the last posted at the top, rather than the most popular. We have asked HU if this could be changed so that the most recently commented on blog is at the top, but we might have to wait for this.
