I'm off to work, 8 hour shift, aching already, so will be crawling up the steps when I come homem thank god we have a staff meeting,so at least I can sit down if only for half hour, wish me luck guys,going to be very long afternoon.hope all having a good day, huggles, Debs xxx

Thanks everyone, the fiirst four hours were the worst then - seemed to work through the pain barrier, but now I am back at home, I feel like I have been hit by a bus, so going to bed xx
