Obviously my fibro pain is still there lol, but also the really sharp concentrated pain in my right hand side abdomen. I just wanna cry but it hurts to breath etc so I'm trying to avoid crying. I managed to get some sleep which is good, probably about 3 hours. so tired. don't wanna go to the doctors as I'm sure I'll be told nothing is wrong..
