that you to all that answered my question the other day about the pool i went today and it was very nice i do feel a bit heavy tonight but also relaxed i might feel very different tomorrow they say you may ache will wait and see

So pleased you had a good hydrotherapy session Jan! Make sure you take it easy tomorrow, get some rest and hopefully you will feel the benefit. If you do ache in the morning pace yourself with rest periods and you should be fine. Don't forget to take your meds! Take care.
