Oh boy do I hurt today.....

I drove down to Milton Keynes to see my children for my birthday, usually my husband drives me just about everywhere, but his ostheoathritius kick in at the most inapropriate time.....so I drove, a 4 hour journey took over 8 hours thanks to the weather and floods on the A1M .....I enjoyend my birthday best as I could with fibro, and the pouring rain,, Thank goodness one of my daughters was coming home for a few days so she drove back home, but my body is sure telling me I should not have done it ....ps excuse spelling fibro fog....has kicked in too
